With two more blogs added, SBNation sits at 245 and gets closer to 250. No, this isn't a goal they themselves have set up, but I figure it's an interesting number regardless. As always, remember that it's 250 blogs and 250 communities just like ours. Well, maybe not just like ours.

Over the last few weeks, primarily since drummer came on board as a front page writer, we've danced around, over, and through the topic of 49ers ownership.  It's a hot-button issue that ignites a variety of passion on both sides.  While there are not a lot of answers to many of our questions, it is still a useful exercise in getting thoughts out on the table.

Hey everyone, Ninjames here. Still sick, and in a pretty sour mood. Long story short, didn't get to go to the concert I've been promoting for the mag. Still, 49ers news continues to roll in and that means I've got a job to do. We've got some things concerning free agents obviously, and that should be the majority of what we deal with today.  I don't think I have enough to make a jump, but I actually have a decently long rant today so I made the jump just for that link. I needed some place to do it, and if I don't complain to someone at least once a day I may just implode.

Don't forget tonight is Daylight Savings Time. Set your clocks forward 1 hour. Lose the sleep, but get the extra hour at night.

Earlier today we conducted our second community mock draft of the 2010 draft season.  We're approximately 5 weeks away from the draft and it seemed like a perfect time for the draft.  Thanks to Drew K for putting it together and everybody else who helped it run along fairly smoothly.  For those who missed the first draft, we conducted it on January 23, back before the combine, free agency, and an assortment of other factors affecting draft stock.
